Job Description

• To conduct company, industry and market research;
• To conduct company and industry analysis in order to provide recommendations for investment proposals;
• To conduct valuation;
• To facilitate in assisting our clients to negotiate acquisitions;
• To transact with securities brokers and agencies, banks and stock exchange authorities in Vietnam;
• To maintain relationships with people in different industries to identify investment opportunities and obtain information;
• To monitor portfolio of investees;

Qualification

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration/Economics;
• Broad knowledge of Vietnam economy, securities market and securities trading activities;
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in Vietnam, especially relating to the financial sector, is a plus;
• At least 3 - 5 years experience at the same position.
• Preferably experience in securities business/Fund management – experiences with international firms in overseas is a plus;
• Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain in relationships with business people at all levels in different industries;
• Good analytical skills and attention to details;
• Good standard of organization
